Qualification: Graduate from any stream.
CTC upto 6.5Lac We can offer max net upto 50k + incentives.
Shift timing (6pm to3am) - Weekend fixed off

Expectation should be reasonable not exceeding 30% hike.

Skills Required:
Min 4 years of revenue cycle service delivery management experience (AR Process)
Should be currently designated as TC/TL/SME in team handling role
Should have handled a team of 20-30 team members for multiple clients
Good knowledge on KPI metrics, low cash analysis, Inventory analysis, attrition management etc
Client communication includes both Verbal and Email
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Power-point etc

Responsible for Strategizing and Allocating Inventory and supervising the team to work on assigned Allocation
Monitor Team's production and SLA delivery
Keep a record of client KPIs and team's performance against the KPIs
Responsible for handling multiple clients
Communicating with client & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client's specific needs and expectations
Responsible for preparing Weekly Business Review presentations
Monitor the Issues/Escalation raised by the client and review/discuss each issue prior to being replied to the customer
Manage and handle effectively escalations raised by the clients
Provide subject matter expertise on Accounts Receivable processes
Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to the team
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Lead by example by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behavior
Work with quality team to identify, recommend and implement process improvement
