Urgently require Team Leader for collection ProcessExperience- 2 to 4 yearsLocation - GhansoliOn-the-job to Product Training of new joinersMaintain MIS for Allocated PoolOn-the-job Product Training of new joinersMaintain MIS for Allocated PoolTracking Callers properlyInspire / motivate callers to achieve targetsSending Pick-up files to FPRsCo-ordinate with Bank FPRsIdentifying critical cases and act accordinglyPrepare strategies for achieving Team targetsCoordinate with Collection agenciesHandling Escalation calls /agitated customersPerformance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basisPlan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flowLiaise between different departmentsGraduation Mandatory (Any Stream)Candidate should have a good cibil scoreLocation - GhansoliJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
