Position: Team Leader - International Voice Process. Position Type: Full-time on-site. Job Location: Vijayanagar 1st Stage, Mysore, Karnataka. Qualifications: Any degree or diploma or PUC. We are a US Based IT firm Hiring freshers and Experienced in international voice process. One should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications. One will be required to work in a time-bound. Environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
- Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls/emails/chats regarding technical issues for end-users.
- Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight.
- Ability to Identify Opportunities and Implement Process Improvements
- Should have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
- Team Management.
- Preparing the reports as per client's requirement.
