- Oversee day-to-day teams performance
- Do regular performance evaluation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Plan and organize team-building activities
- Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of facilities and programmers in an assigned area.
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance to Callers.
- Implements location-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve quality standards.
- Manages the staffing through the appropriate hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
- Reviews analysis of performance, including financial and productivity data for the area and makes the appropriate changes in strategies, goals, and objectives responding to current status and conditions.
- Attrition Management.
- Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and information including ongoing compliance training.
- Bachelors Degree/HSC Passed.
- 1+ years of experience.
- Experience must include a telemarketing job
- Should be familiar with effective objection handling.
- Extremely detail-oriented and ability to organize.
