Job Description

The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the effective implementation of the socio-economic survey within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation, Jabalpur. The role involves managing survey teams, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and producing analytical reports to support policy and planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Coordination:

Prepare and implement a detailed work plan for survey execution as per project timelines. Coordinate between field enumerators, supervisors, and the Municipal Corporation officials. Ensure adequate manpower, logistics, and resources are available for smooth survey operations.

Team Supervision:

Lead a team of field supervisors and enumerators conducting household and community-level surveys. Assign daily targets and monitor field performance. Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for survey teams.

Data Quality & Monitoring:

Oversee data collection to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Conduct random field verifications and validation checks. Maintain regular data updates and reports through digital platforms or prescribed formats.

Reporting & Documentation:

Compile and submit daily, weekly, and final progress reports to the Project Officer / Nodal Officer. Analyze socio-economic data and prepare summaries, presentations, and dashboards. Identify challenges during fieldwork and propose corrective actions.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with community representatives, NGOs, and local authorities for smooth survey operations. Ensure that the survey process adheres to ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
