Job Description

+ Managing production assembly lines
+ Assisting their teams to complete orders
+ Preparing reports- Production Report, Inspection Reports, sop check sheet
+ Maintain records and documentation of the entire production process.
+ Maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring employees follow safety regulations and procedures
+ Ensuring that production goals are met by monitoring equipment performance and employee output
+ Supervising a team of workers to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently
+ Ensuring that all materials are available for production through inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
+ Coordinate with other departments to determine the demand for the product.
+ Manage the production process and make sure the final product meets quality standards
+ Ensure the final product is according to customer's requirements.
+ Coordinate production workflow for the products with Production Manager and higher management
