JSK Realtors is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of real estate sales executives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives.
Set sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Plan and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and suggest improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
Handle escalations and assist in complex negotiations or closures.
Report daily/weekly performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Well-versed with the Pune real estate market.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
