Experience:

3-5 Years (Relevant Field)

Qualification:

10+2, Graduate / MBA preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage

Marketing and Operations

activities

Recruit, build, and manage your own team

Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve business targets

Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow

Train, motivate, and monitor team performance

Coordinate with management for reporting and strategy implementation

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Experience in marketing, operations, or business development

Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
