Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Team Leader - Marketing

to lead a team responsible for student counseling, academic promotions, and brand development activities. The candidate will manage a team of marketing executives, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and drive admissions through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

: Lead, motivate, and guide a team of marketing executives to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Student Counseling

: Oversee the counseling of students and parents about academic courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

Lead Management

: Ensure timely handling of student inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms.

Promotional Activities

: Plan, organize, and participate in educational campaigns, seminars, housing complex programs, and promotional activities.

Follow-up & Conversions

: Monitor team follow-ups with prospective students and ensure conversion of leads into admissions.

Marketing Strategy

: Collaborate with management to design and implement marketing strategies for promoting the school/college brand.

Documentation & Reporting

: Ensure accurate documentation, maintain student records, and generate performance reports for management.

Market Insights

: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in

student counseling, educational marketing, or admissions

. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in

marketing/counseling/admissions

(educational industry preferred). Prior experience in a team leader/supervisory role will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
