Job Description

1.

Trade Marketing Execution:

Develop and implement

trade marketing strategies

to boost brand presence at the retail level. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between

trade marketing activities and sales targets

. Monitor and evaluate

promotional campaigns, in-store branding, and merchandising

effectiveness.
2.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of

merchandisers and promoters

to ensure

store-level execution

. Assign

territories, schedules, and performance targets

to merchandisers and promoters. Conduct regular

team meetings and performance reviews

to ensure continuous improvement.
3.

Merchandising & Retail Execution:

Ensure proper

product placement, visibility, and stock availability

across retail outlets. Monitor and enhance

planogram compliance

and

POS (Point-of-Sale) material utilization

. Conduct

regular store visits

to assess retail execution and competitor activities.
4.

Promotions & Campaigns:

Plan and execute

in-store promotions, consumer activations, and trade incentives

. Work with the

marketing team

to develop trade communication materials. Measure

ROI of trade marketing campaigns

and suggest improvements.
5.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Collect and analyze

market intelligence, competitor activities, and consumer trends

. Prepare and present

weekly/monthly reports

on sales performance, execution quality, and trade marketing impact. Provide insights and recommendations for

future trade marketing strategies

.

Pay: ₹15,147.76 - ₹26,500.00 per month
