Responsible for achieving the production volume as per the plan Continuous improvement of Process/operation by improving system /Process/Benchmarking Responsible for achieving targeted Energy, ORM, Consumable consumption Should ensure on-time implementation of the identified single agenda projects Works to develop a culture improvement (Trust, Empowerment, Collaboration) focused on people engagement standards to achieve benchmark operational performance Responsible for adherence of Safety protocols & also to ensure Zero incidents across the line Responsible for creation of competent team members by constant review mechanism and providing support to improve loss intelligence. Responsible for motivating team members to maintaining good work place & basic machine conditions through AM Responsible for driving the individuals & Team to achieve TEI targets - Suggestions, SMAT, QMAT TF4 & TF5 reporting Should conduct periodic review, mentoring the team and conflict handling Knowledge of ISO/IATF/OHSAS
Key skills

Productivity/OEE improvements, Yield improvements, Process improvements, compliance

Hard code experience in Furnace is required

Collaborative approach, man management and communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
