Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the lead generation teamto meet monthly targets.
Plan and implement effective business development strategies*.
Monitor CRM entries, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth lead nurturing.
Track, review, and analyze team performanceon a regular basis.
Provide training, guidance, and support to improve team capabilities.
Prepare and present pipeline & conversion reportsto management.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in
team handling (sales/lead generation preferred).
Strong knowledge of CRM systems & lead management*.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadershipskills.
Strategic thinker with a target-driven attitude*.
