Job Title: Team Leader - Lead Generation

Job Overview:

Responsible for leading a team of lead generation executives, ensuring daily targets are met, and improving the quality of leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of lead generation executives.

Assign tasks and monitor daily performance.

Train team members on tools.

Generate quality and quantity leads through online research.

Ensure leads are accurate before passing them to sales.

Report daily and weekly performance to management.

Skills Required:

Good communication and leadership skills.

Experience in lead generation

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lead generation.

Prior team-handling experience is a plus.
