Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of Lead Generation Executives. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring delivery of high-caliber leads to the sales department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in lead generation strategies, and a track record of meeting or exceeding team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Lead Generation Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
? Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to help them maximize their potential.
? Monitor team performance against key metrics (such as number of leads generated, lead quality, conversion rates) and implement improvement plans when required.
? Develop and execute strategies to generate high-potential leads through phone, email, social media, and other channels.
? Prepare reports and provide ongoing feedback to upper management on team progress and performance.
? Handle team scheduling, attendance, and discipline issues when necessary.
? Foster a culture of collaboration, productivity, and excellence within the team.
? Work closely with the sales department to align lead criteria and delivery timelines.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
? 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or a related field.
? 1+ years of team lead or supervisor experience.
? Strong leadership and motivational skills; ability to coach and develop team members.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
? Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and implement improvements.
