Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of Lead Generation Executives. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring delivery of high-caliber leads to the sales department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in lead generation strategies, and a track record of meeting or exceeding team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Lead Generation Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to help them maximize their potential.
Monitor team performance against key metrics (such as number of leads generated, lead quality, conversion rates) and implement improvement plans when required.
Develop and execute strategies to generate high-potential leads through phone, email, social media, and other channels.
Prepare reports and provide ongoing feedback to upper management on team progress and performance.
Handle team scheduling, attendance, and discipline issues when necessary.
Foster a culture of collaboration, productivity, and excellence within the team.
Work closely with the sales department to align lead criteria and delivery timelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or a related field.
1+ years of team lead or supervisor experience.
Strong leadership and motivational skills; ability to coach and develop team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and implement improvements.
