Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the laptop sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure goals are met.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and achievements.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Train new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Stay updated on the latest laptop models and technology trends to guide the team on product offerings.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor(Laptop Sales)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
In-depth knowledge of laptops, their features, and the latest market trends.
