Job Description

Experience: minimum 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate the sourcing team to achieve daily and monthly sourcing targets.

Identify and develop multiple sourcing channels such as customer exchange, walk-ins, brokers, corporates, and digital platforms.

Monitor and review vehicle evaluation, negotiation, and procurement processes.

Support the team in high-value negotiations and key vehicle purchase decisions.

Maintain strong coordination with Evaluators, Sales, and Refurbishment teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow.

Ensure accurate documentation, verification, and system entries for each sourced vehicle.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to the sourcing team.

Track sourcing funnel performance and share daily/weekly reports with management.

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and local vehicle pricing.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
