Job Title:

TEAM LEADER (Logistics Course)

:

We are seeking an experienced

Team Leader for leading team of counsellors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

monitoring, controlling, and guiding a team of admission counsellor in our Logistics Team*
He/she shall be responsible to achieve the

team targets set for monthly admissions.

The work involves controlling the counsellors and guiding them to high performance. It is a

fully office- oriented job.

Graduates who have experience either as a Senior Admission counsellor for around 6 to 8 years or as a Team leader for 3 to 4 years in an education industry particularly looking after logistics course

Salary shall be in the range of

45,000 to 50,000. Apart from salary attractive incentive of around 10000 to 15000 per month is possible based on performance.
