We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to guide, mentor, and manage a team . As a Team Leader, you will provide direction, training, and support to ensure that individual and team objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring tasks are executed on time and to the highest standard.
Performance Monitoring:
Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team members meet targets and KPIs.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps within the team, and provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to improve individual performance and team cohesion.
Problem-Solving:
Resolve any operational issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.
Collaboration:
Act as the bridge between upper management and team members, communicating expectations, policies, and project updates.
Process Improvement:
Analyze workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Motivation & Engagement:
Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating team culture to keep morale high and reduce turnover.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular progress reports, performance data, and insights to senior leadership.
