We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader with a strong background in GCC nursing recruitment to join our dynamic team at Future Connect. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in recruiting nurses for GCC countries, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of recruiters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the recruitment team handling GCC nursing recruitment.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, documentation, and deployment.
Coordinate with GCC clients and ensure compliance with country-specific recruitment regulations.
Conduct interviews and assessments of nursing candidates.
Maintain an updated database of candidates and track the recruitment status.
Provide regular performance reports to the management.
Train and guide junior recruiters to improve overall team performance.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in GCC nursing recruitment.
Strong knowledge of GCC recruitment procedures, especially in the healthcare sector.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Prior experience working with recruitment agencies specialized in overseas hiring.
