Role Overview:

As a B2C Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the B2C sales team to achieve revenue targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach
Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, universities, and corporates
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2C sales leadership, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or training solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
Experience using CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to travel
