We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Academic Counseling Team Leader

to guide and manage a team of academic counselors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that individual and team targets are met while maintaining high-quality student counseling and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of academic counselors to enhance performance. Set clear goals and performance benchmarks for the team and track their progress. Conduct regular training sessions to improve counseling skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge. Monitor and evaluate individual counselor performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

Academic Counseling & Sales Target Achievement:

Guide counselors in providing personalized academic guidance to students and parents. Ensure the team effectively communicates course offerings, career paths, and enrollment procedures. Support counselors in overcoming challenges to help them meet and exceed their individual targets. Strategize and implement action plans to achieve overall team targets and contribute to company growth.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

Develop and implement best practices to enhance student engagement and conversion rates. Maintain reports on team performance, student inquiries, and conversion rates, providing insights to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead generation and student enrollment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

Experience in academic counseling, sales, or team management (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and drive team success. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and strategize for performance improvement. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
