1) 2+ years of Sales experience in Real Estate Industry
2) Good communication and personality (Proficiency in English is a must)
3) Have handled teams in the past experience
4) Availability on weekends (weekday off)Job Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets
Handle client inquiries, site visits, and deal closures
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
Coordinate with marketing and management teams
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-ups
