As a Team Leader, you will provide line management and leadership for a team of.5 to 8 Sources and coordinators, including role support and pastoral support to ensure they are meeting their relevant targets, KPIs and quality thresholds to drive value for the client and for AMS.

Key Accountabilities



What you'll be doing:




Deep Sourcing/Recruiting expertise with extensive experience of proactive sourcing techniques and strategies. Extensive experience working with various platforms and technologies as part of the recruitment process including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-ray search. Deep industry knowledge in one or more sectors e.g., Investment Banking, Technology etc. Confident and articulate when communicating with stakeholders at a senior level. Able to handle objections and difficult conversations and influence outcomes positively. Experience coaching/mentoring with a demonstrable passion for developing people.
+ Highly organized and enjoy working in dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Comfortable managing competing projects, priorities and deadlines requiring collaboration with senior colleagues.
Data driven mindset with the ability to digest, retain and utilize information and insight and use it to influence client's decision making and sourcing strategies.

Skills & Experience



You'll need to demonstrate:




Previous experience managing people, creating development plans, conducting talent reviews, ensuring succession plans are in place. Previous experience managing a team against Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, managing workload and capacity to deliver through others. Experienced in the management and development of both under and over-performers. Previous experience reviewing and developing processes and training to support overall team development and performance. Experienced in analysis of a function and development of plans to create and/or bring about improvement of whole of team capability. Knowledge of labour law across various jurisdictions. Prior experience of working in a segmented recruitment model, building lasting partnerships with Recruitment Business Partners and delivering outcomes in a matrixed environment.
