Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and guide the field team involved in smart school implementation. Ensure timely installation and commissioning of smart classroom equipment and digital infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for material delivery and work progress. Liaise with government school authorities, education department officials, and other stakeholders. Monitor daily project activities, maintain progress reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality standards are maintained at each school site. Identify issues, provide on-site solutions, and escalate major concerns to management. Ensure proper documentation, photo records, and compliance with project requirements. Train field staff on installation procedures and reporting formats. Support project management in preparing progress updates, MIS reports, and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering / Management / Education / IT or related field. Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in project execution or team handling (preferably in education, IT infrastructure, or government projects). Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple teams and ensure work completion under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as required.
