Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated and experienced

Sales Team Leader

to join our growing team at

SG Gurukul.

This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, managing both in-office and field sales efforts, and building strong client relationships. Candidates with a background in

digital marketing or SaaS sales

and strong leadership qualities are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Oversee a blend of field visits, client meetings, in-office calls, and product demos. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with overall business goals. Provide coaching and guidance to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Identify new business opportunities across local and regional markets. Build and maintain lasting relationships with both new prospects and existing clients. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, tech) to ensure seamless service delivery. Track sales performance, maintain detailed records, and report key metrics to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in

Business, Marketing

, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of B2B sales experience

; digital marketing or SaaS industry experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented with a proactive and organized approach. Familiarity with
