Responsibilities:
- 5 + years of experience required in IT Recruitment for C2H / Contractual Staffing
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for one or multiple business clusters, End Clients and Stakeholders.
- Handling a team of minimum 4 recruiters
- Guide/Mentor team members
- Well versed with all searching tools like Naukri/LinkedIn etc.
- Well versed with MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.

- Handling Team Selections, Negotiations & Follow-ups
