1. Team Leadership & Management:



Lead and mentor a team of software developers, testers, and designers. Assign tasks and ensure team members meet deadlines and quality standards. Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development programs. Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team collaboration.

2. Project Execution & Delivery:



Ensure smooth execution of software development projects as per defined timelines. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client requirements. Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams for successful project execution.

3. Technical Expertise & Guidance:



Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting support to the team. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Optimize software performance, security, and scalability.

4. Agile & Scrum Implementation:



Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Ensure team follows Agile methodologies and maintains proper documentation. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for software development.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication:



Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Gather project requirements and provide regular updates on development progress. Address client feedback and implement necessary changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Programming Languages:

Proficiency in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, or relevant tech stacks.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Project Management Tools:

Experience with JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

Leadership & Communication:

Strong team management, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Preferred Skills

Certifications:

Agile, Scrum Master (CSM), or PMP certification is a plus.

Cloud & DevOps:

Experience with AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Mobile & Web Development:

Knowledge of React, Angular, Flutter, or other modern frameworks.
