Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Team Leader

for our Insurance Sales department in Cooch Behar. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. Develop effective sales strategies to drive growth. Support and guide the team in field activities and customer interactions. Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Track team performance and share regular progress updates.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience in insurance sales

&

BFSI .

Graduation is mandatory. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Result-driven and proactive attitude.
