For more information about our integrated portfolio of solutions across the food value chain including seeds, post-harvest, as well as physical and digital services, please visit upl-ltd.com and follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. 1 Operations 1.1 Plan to ensure the effectiveness of Critical loop testing for Instrumentation and Automation 1.2 Manage and keep up to date alarm management system across all plants 1.3 Plan and Organise to ensure PM & Interlock testing Compliances for Instrumentation and automation 1.4 Lead to ensure to complete all the statutory Compliances on time 1.5 Study process deficiencies and suggest modifications with respect to Automation for better control of process In order to ensure smooth working of Instrumentation 2 Cost 2.1 Organise and Manage to complete One Time Capexes within time and as per budget 2.2 Organise and Manage to complete CPCB/GPCB related capex on time 2.3 Support Energy Conservation projects 2.4 Budget preperation To ensure Instrumenatation operations as per budget 3 People Development 3.1 To Train people in DCS/PLC/HMI operation & Maintenance 3.2 To develop team, recruitment, appraisals, feedabck 3.3 Develop Second line for Instrumentation with all required trainings 3.4 Coaching and mentoring for safety aspects To improve Skill Matrics of department 4 Safety and Housekeeping 4.1 To ensure managing of Insturmentation operations without any safety incidents 4.2 To Maintain 3S in Instrumentation workshop/calibration lab and control rooms 4.3 To support for 2S in Engg stores & 1S Scrap Yard 4.4 To closely monitor and control Contractor safety management for safety enhancement as FCA. 4.5 To support all RCA and CAPA implementation To maintain Safety and Houskeeping standards 5 Special Projects 5.1 Lead to complete all special projects assigned by management for Instumentation 5.2 To Support & Ensure the effectiveness of dry run protections for Pumps 5.3 Lead to complete LOPA CAPEXes 5.4 To support infrasturucture CAPEX To ensure completion of all special projects We are one team, for maximum impact.
