Team Leader - Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of inside sales executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Sales & Revenue Generation

Drive the team to achieve individual and team sales quotas. Develop strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights.

Process & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with management. Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building

Support the team in handling escalated client queries and issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and conduct training sessions to improve team performance. Keep the team updated with product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in

inside sales or telesales

, preferably in [industry]. Prior experience in

team handling / leadership

role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Hands-on experience with

CRM software

and MS Office tools.
