Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the inside sales team Ensure team targets are met or exceeded Track and report sales performance Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports Develop revenue growth strategies Coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years as

Team Leader in Inside Sales

Strong leadership and team coordination skills Experience in reporting and sales tracking Proficient in CRM and reporting tools

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
