We are looking for a driven and proactive Team Lead to oversee our Field Sales team. We work as an authorised channel partner of IndiaMART. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of sales executives while also representing and promoting IndiaMART's services directly to potential business customers.

Responsibilities:
Achieve personal sales targets through outbound outreach, scheduled meetings, field visits, and timely closures.
Oversee daily activities of 4-5 field sales executives, including calling, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.
Join team members on important or high-value client meetings to support pitches, handle objections, and push closures.
Conduct daily meetings with the team to review performance, discuss the sales plan for the day, address any challenges, and ensure alignment with overall targets.
Allocate leads, track meeting status, monitor follow-ups, and ensure the team maintains a healthy sales pipeline.
Review and ensure accurate CRM updates, visit reports, lead progress, and conversion status for both self and team.
Guide the team on pitch delivery, product knowledge, negotiation, and objection handling through calls and field shadowing.
Build and manage relationships with key clients and handle escalations to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
Motivate the team, maintain positive discipline, and drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements & Skills:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in team management (in field sales).
Must have two-wheeler, RC (Registration Certificate), Driving License and Android Phone.
Excellent verbal communication skills preferred (Hindi or English).
High level of self-motivation.
Strong inter-team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
