Zero Interiors is seeking a talented and experienced

Team Lead

to oversee and manage our interior design projects. As a Team Lead, you will guide a creative team of designers, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and timely interior design solutions for our clients. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process. Oversee the development and execution of interior design concepts, ensuring they align with client expectations and project objectives. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design solutions that reflect their vision. Manage multiple design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and project specifications. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external parties to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects. Ensure adherence to design standards, quality, and best practices. Conduct team meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication among all team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and techniques to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) as an Interior Designer, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role. Strong portfolio showcasing your interior design expertise and project management capabilities. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other industry tools. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and team members. A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
