Job Summary:

Lead paint shop maintenance activities with a strong focus on

electrical, robotics, and control systems

. Ensure smooth and reliable operation of paint shop equipment through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in paint shop operations. Maintain and troubleshoot

robotic systems (ABB/Fanuc)

,

PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley)

,

HMI

, and

control panels

. Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules. Diagnose faults in

electrical, automation, and conveyor systems

. Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and energy standards

. Support process improvements and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Diploma in

Electrical, Electronics Engineering

. Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive or industrial paint shop maintenance. Strong knowledge of

Robotics, PLC, HMI, Drives, and Control Systems
