Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader with at least one year of team handling experience to lead a team of customer service representatives and achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives. Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans. Conduct training sessions and support team development. ?Ensure adherence to quality standards and handle escalations. Prepare and present performance reports. Identify and implement process improvements. Manage team schedules and workforce planning. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of team handling experience in a BPO or customer service environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and relevant software. ?Exposure to quality audit and rating matrix.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
