Realty Smartz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Team Leader - Sales (Residential)

to manage and grow a team of property sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate sales, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strategic planning, client engagement, and team management to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Team Leadership & Management

:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed. Allocate leads and set clear targets and KPIs for the team. Conduct regular team meetings and reporting on performance metrics.

Sales Strategy & Execution

:

Develop and implement sales strategies for residential property sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through various channels including referrals, online platforms, site visits, and networking. Drive conversions through effective client engagement and follow-ups.

Client Handling

:

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients. Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or complaints.

Market Intelligence

:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Provide insights to improve product positioning and marketing approaches.

Key Requirements

:

Education

: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Experience

: Minimum 4-6 years of residential real estate sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.

Skills

: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
