CTC ?25,000 - ?40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader

with a strong background in

Healthcare / Healthcare Operations / Logistics / Health-Tech

. The ideal candidate should have proven

team handling experience

,

product knowledge

, and

exposure to sales or client-facing operations

, along with excellent communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of

5-10 healthcare/logistics professionals

to meet operational and performance targets. Monitor daily team activities, productivity, quality metrics, and SLA adherence. Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and performance improvement support to team members. Handle escalations related to healthcare services, logistics coordination, or product-related issues. Ensure strong understanding and dissemination of

product knowledge

across the team. Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams to support business goals and client requirements. Train new hires on processes, healthcare protocols, products, and service standards. Prepare and present

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

using advanced Excel. Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate or Postgraduate (Healthcare, Management, or related field preferred).

5-6 years of total experience

, with

2-3 years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role

. Mandatory experience in

Healthcare, Health-Tech, or Healthcare Logistics

domain. Proven experience in handling a

minimum team size of 5-6 members

. Exposure to

product-based services and sales support operations

is mandatory.
Required Skills:

Strong

people management and leadership skills

. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

. Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)

and MS Office. Good understanding of healthcare operations, logistics coordination, and service delivery. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
