Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and lead a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and monitor performance.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive health insurance sales through direct customer engagement and team efforts.
Identify new markets and customer segments.
Ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
