Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the
PAN India CRO team
for cross-selling Mediclaim and Motor insurance.
Do cold calling from the database and convert leads into the sale.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from the Industries among
jewellery retailers, textile traders, and manufacturing units
.
Identify new business opportunities and generate the sales through the team.
Train and motivate the team on product knowledge,
objection handling
, and customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
