Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader

with a professional background in

Dietetics, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, or any equivalent healthcare field

. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience managing a team of professionals, and a deep understanding of health and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of

10 or more healthcare professionals

to achieve performance and quality goals. Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure high productivity. Coordinate daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and resolve escalated issues effectively. Train new team members and ensure adherence to company protocols and service standards. Collaborate with management to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on team performance, targets, and achievements. Maintain a positive and professional work environment promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Dietetics, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy

, or any other healthcare-related professional course. Minimum

5-6 years of total experience

, including at least

2-3 years in a team leader or supervisory role

. Proven experience in handling a

team of 10 or more members

. Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of healthcare processes and patient interaction. Experience in corporate wellness, hospital, or health tech industry will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
