We're looking for an inspiring and imaginative Team Leader to head our Graphics & Animation.In this role, you'll lead a team of skilled graphics and animation designers, shaping their talents into extraordinary visual masterpieces. Together, let's make a difference and shape a better tomorrow.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and hands-on management to the graphics and animation team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical visual content across a variety of projects.Offer clear direction, mentorship, and support to team members, cultivating a collaborative, high-performing, and growth-oriented work culture.Plan, design, and develop visually engaging graphics, product animations, and technical content tailored for internal stakeholders.Lead the creation of interactive e-learning modules and immersive virtual tours to support training initiatives and product exhibitions.Ensure all visual communications are aligned with key business objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.Oversee production workflows-including printing-while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities to support continuous team growth.Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Engineering, Service, and other GECIA teams to gather inputs and validate technical documentation.Foster an empowered and engaged team environment, encouraging innovation and a growth mindset.Optimize content creation processes by implementing efficient templates, tools, and workflows, and spearheading innovation projects to enhance output quality and reduce lead time.Promote best practices in graphics and animation, staying informed about emerging trends, technologies, and industry standards to ensure top-tier content delivery.Coordinate with external vendors and print partners to ensure smooth and timely execution of outsourced projects when necessary.Conduct competence audits and regular reviews to maintain accuracy, compliance, and high performance.Drive results through operational excellence, consistent support to internal and external customers, and cohesive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Establish and uphold visual standards, design guidelines, and quality benchmarks to maintain brand consistency and professional integrity

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in graphic design and animation, with a strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
• Strong portfolio showcasing capabilities in technical illustrations, motion graphics, 3D/2D animation, AR/VR, and e-learning.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Autodesk Maya, Unity, Articulate 360 etc.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage creative teams.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail, quality, and process optimization.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and align visual solutions with business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage complex projects across departments.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align design work with overarching business goals.
• Deep expertise in industry trends, cutting-edge animation software, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and maintain the team's competitive edge in digital design.
