Process Overview*: Activity & Quantitative Test Execution: Conducts testing of business processes performed by Front Line Units and Control Functions for adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations and test process effectiveness. GBS EIT supports workstreams across Home Loans, Consumer, MVSO, CFO, Wealth management, trade surveillance, consumer claims, GBAM etc. *:

• Conduct independent transactional and process testing on a team in support of identified needs
• Testing includes activities such as manual, automated, surveillance and transaction level testing
• Accountable for monitoring quality test execution, reversal/rebuttals, reporting and resolving issues escalated by LOB/testers, and monitoring the completion of all tests as scheduled

Responsibilities*:

• Execute, organize, and prioritize testing in a timely manner ensuring monthly deliverables are achieved while maintaining target accuracy ratios.
• Meet all the process requirements for the all the processes supported
• Identify and execute automation opportunities as required

Requirements: Education*: Graduate in any stream Experience Range*: 3 to 6 years Foundational skills*:

• Understanding of Financial market and Trade life cycle
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
