Wish Geeks Techserve Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Team Leader - Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

to lead a team of developers in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the MERN stack along with leadership experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for mentoring team members. You will be responsible for overseeing the development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, and driving technical innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of full stack developers in planning, developing, testing, and deploying web applications using the

MERN Stack

. Architect and design scalable front-end and back-end solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Guide the team through technical challenges and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. Conduct code reviews, ensure best coding practices, and provide constructive feedback. Oversee deployment processes on

AWS and VPS environments

and optimize performance and security. Set coding standards and contribute to improving the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Mentor junior developers and support skill development within the team. Ensure data protection, web application security, and compliance with best practices. Monitor project timelines, task assignments, and team performance metrics. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning.

Key Skills & Qualifications (Required):

3+ years

of experience in full stack development, with at least

1+ year in a team lead or senior developer role

. Proficient in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

, and

Next.js

. Strong understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+)

, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming. Deep experience in

API design

,

microservices architecture

, and

data modeling

. Proficient in

application deployment on AWS

(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and

VPS environments

(e.g., using Nginx, PM2, Apache). Hands-on experience with

CI/CD pipelines

, DevOps processes, and version control (Git). Strong knowledge of

web performance optimization

responsive design

cross-browser compatibility

. Expertise in

web security

, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and authorization mechanisms. Familiar with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Exposure to
