Working across reception and other front office areas Supervise, train, and support front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations of the reception/front desk area. Manage check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to encourage development. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards. * Be an advocate of ALL: Accor's loyalty program to non members
