who can manage and motivate a team of sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of sales executives Assign daily tasks and sales targets Support team members in achieving goals Conduct field visits with the team Monitor performance and provide feedback Prepare daily and weekly reports Ensure excellent customer service

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any stream Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (team handling preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to guide and motivate others Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
