The Team Leader - Life Insurance is responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets for life insurance products. The role involves driving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent customer service standards while meeting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of life insurance sales executives or telecallers.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure achievement.
Drive sales of various life insurance products through effective lead management and conversion strategies.
Motivate and guide team members to improve performance and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Manage escalations and support team members in closing high-value deals.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
