Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Team Leader

to oversee operations during the UK shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven leadership experience in the

solar energy

domain or in

investment

. You'll be responsible for leading a team, ensuring KPIs are met, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of solar/investment associates during UK shift hours. Monitor and ensure the completion of daily operational tasks related to solar project support or inventory processing. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and client/stakeholder communication during the shift. Conduct daily team huddles and performance check-ins. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of shift activities. Assist in training and upskilling team members. Maintain documentation, logs, and quality standards as per company protocols.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience as a Team Leader

in

solar operations

or

investment management

. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Comfortable working in a UK shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and relevant solar/investment management tools. Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to international clients (especially UK-based).
