We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Food & Beverage operations in Udaipur, India. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team in one of India's most beautiful tourist destinations.

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet operational needs and maintain efficiency
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and timely food preparation
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and boost morale
  • Assist in developing and implementing new service procedures to enhance guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all food and beverage areas
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in food safety and hygiene practices
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Current Food Safety Certification (required)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or local languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with Indian cuisine and local food preferences is advantageous
