Key Responsibilities

Lead financial controllership including accounting, closure, reporting, and statutory compliance. Ensure strong GST compliance including filings, reconciliations, assessments, and audits. Manage direct tax matters, coordination with tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS for business leadership. Partner closely with Operations to support business decisions, pricing, margins, and working capital. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior finance professionals. Ensure robust internal controls, SOPs, and process discipline aligned with group standards. Support audits (statutory, tax, internal) and ensure timely closure of observations. Drive process automation and system improvements in finance operations.

Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant 4-6 years of experience in financial controllership roles. Must have experience in agri / chemicals / pesticides manufacturing industries. Strong hands-on expertise in GST and direct taxation is mandatory. Experience in managing teams and working in high-growth, operationally intensive environments. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in matrix reporting structures. High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and execution focus.
