Join our finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance across international markets. Your key responsibilities as a Team Leader will include:

Executing day-to-day finance operations in NetSuite, including OTC, PTP, and GL for APAC and European subsidiaries. Preparing monthly management accounts and ancillary reports in line with the accounting timetable. Ensuring compliance with local reporting standards and corporate policies. Independently preparing financial statements under local GAAP and managing statutory audit activities, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely completion. Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Team Leader:

You must be a CA Inter/qualified professional with 0-3 years of experience in accounting or finance. You should have strong expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to handle complex data. You will have experience in general ledger accounting, reporting standards, and compliance processes. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse regions including APAC and Europe. You will benefit from prior exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite, though this is not mandatory.
